1. Privacy is important
We recognise that privacy of personal information is important to you. We collect personal information for our business purposes only in order to complete and order or address an e-Newsletter subscription or enquiry. Except where otherwise legally appropriate we will treat your personal information as private. We will however not be unduly intrusive nor obtain or use information in an inappropriate manner. We will only ask for and use personal information we reasonably need to conduct our business. If you have received any promotional material and do not wish to receive it then upon letting us know we will not send it to you.

2. Your say on your privacy
In accordance with the privacy laws we give you access to your personal information we hold and you can correct misinformation (except where it would be inappropriate or exempted by law e.g - where it would require disclosing someone else's personal information, but we will provide you with reasons). 3. Your personal information
Only on a need to know basis will some of your Information be passed on to our delivery couriers and mailing houses to enable accurate and timely delivery of your orders and/or printed materials. Where appropriate and allowed by law we may also provide information to our collection agency.

6. Online Shopping Security
Culligan Water supplies you with a secure session within our online shopping facility. You will notice a padlock icon on the base of your browser when you enter the 'Buy' page. This indicates that all information entered in the session is secure.

When you confirm your order, we send the transaction directly to the bank using SecurePay, one of Australia's leading online security service providers. The SecurePay online system automatically encrypts all your details. We have 128/1024 SSL Encryption on all personal and credit card details. We do not store credit card details anywhere on the system.
